Roadmap in iterations

Read docs/product/mvp.md and the work tracker. Write docs/product/roadmap.md with three iterations, each with one goal, the steps of the journey it covers and what done looks like: the first ends with the service deployed behind a public URL, the second with the first journey working end to end through a browser, the third with the product safe to show to someone who did not build it. Add milestones for the three iterations in the tracker and move the existing issues under them.
