Read docs/index.md, everything under docs/product and everything this product stores or sends to another service. List the data, why it is kept, where it goes and for how long, using the same retention as each service's own setting. Name who is responsible for the data and how to reach them. Ask me where I and my users are, then draft a plain privacy page and short terms, served as public pages and linked from the footer and the sign-up page. Invent nothing: ask me for anything you do not know. Add a cookie notice only if the product sets cookies that need one and say why. Tell me plainly that this is a draft and not legal advice, and what a lawyer should check before anyone pays. This is https://gradus.kazet.blog/tree/cloud-application/step/privacy-and-terms as plain HTML. In a browser the page also lets you mark the step forged and copy a message for your AI assistant.
