Icons & manifest

A step of the Cloud application tree on Gradus, in the Frontend area: Second app, UI, browser tests.

Make one mark and produce the small icon set from it: favicon, touch icon and web manifest, so the product looks like itself in a tab and on a home screen.

Usually comes after: Custom domain.

Read docs/product/pitch.md. Propose three simple marks as SVG that stay readable at 16 pixels, let me pick one and keep it as the source. From that source produce the set browsers ask for: an SVG icon that works in dark mode, a 32 pixel favicon.ico, a 180 pixel apple-touch-icon.png and a web manifest with 192 and 512 pixel PNG icons, one of them maskable. Link them from the head of every page with a theme colour for light and one for dark mode and add a post-deploy check that each file answers with its own content type rather than the application's HTML.
