Pre-commit verification

A step of the Claude Code development environment tree on Gradus, in the Guardrails area: Permissions, verify, review.

Install a pre-commit hook (Husky, pre-commit or a plain git hook, whichever fits the ecosystem) that runs the project's verify command and aborts the commit on failure. Make sure the hook is installed automatically after dependencies are installed.
