Sign in to Claude

A step of the Bootstrapping an environment tree on Gradus, in the Accounts area: GitHub, Anthropic.

Run claude in any folder and follow the sign-in: a Claude.ai subscription or an Anthropic Console account with API credit both work. When the prompt appears, type a question and check that an answer comes back, then leave with /exit. Claude Code is now the assistant every prompt on Gradus is written for.

Usually comes after: Install Claude Code.
